VENT! over 2 weeks late, but BFN!

The title says it all. My body drives me nuts. I have steady 28 cycle...ALMOST always. Every once in a while, I skip a month or sometimes two. Sometimes high stress can do it (like when my dad died). Consistently, though, when I become or STOP being sexually active. Ya, that's not annoying.

So, I get married, we start trying for kids. I stop having a period. Either I AM preg and just testing neg (I was over 12 weeks before I tested pos w dd)....or I'm not and can't get preg because my cycle's at a stand still! grrrrrrrrrrr....either way, my reproductive cycle and I are not on good terms right now.

I just needed to let gnash my teeth a little bit. The only person I know that understands is going into labor herself any day now. I'm just frustrated and need to complain a little....

I totally understand your frustration! I'm in the same place in a lot of ways... 9 days late, after my cycle normally being like clockwork. Now I'm wondering if I ovulated late, or at all... I FEEL pregnant but don't know if I am. Dh tries to understand, but of course he doesn't get exactly how I'm feeling. All we can both do is hang in there and hope for the best!

I understand your frustration too! My cycle is also ALMOST always 28 days. Most recently, during our second month of TTC, I got a BFN on day 28 and on day 32. I accepted that I was not pregnant and waited for my period to come. I waited...and waited... remembering that once before, I had had a 45 day cycle. Finally, on day 47, I tested again, and it was positive! I guess I just ovulated later than usual??

I hope your periods will be more cooperative soon!
