As a result I have been having pretty intense breast pain after nursing and an increase in vasospasms. What can I do?
She doesn't seem to get it when I say "no" to her bites. She is only 15 wks.

I was just looking on here for this exact issue, because every time I nurse, I think "this must be thrush" because I cant even tell how hard he is biting anymore, I just know it hurts real bad. Then, about 30 min after nursing the pain is gone and I forget to look it up until I sit down to nurse again. I really dont think its thrush, tho. Im glad you mentioned this, tho I dont know what vasospasms are...? If I offered ds something to chew on before nursing, He would scream. I give him hylands teething gel since I cant get any more teething tabs (since they were pulled from the market) and chamomilla pellets from boiron. Anyone have any other advice how to deal with this Id love to hear it too, since Im often afraid I wont be able to nurse another baby because this one will chew my nipples off completely.
