I made an upcycled wool suit to layer under DS's snowsuit this winter! He gets INSANELY cold when he is outside and will come in after a bit crying that he is hurting because he is so cold. It is only partially sewn because my sewing machine BROKE when I first tried sewing it. I am going to finish it up by hand, but I love how it is coming out! I made it extra tall in the neck so he can wear a turtle neck under it to protect his neck from getting itchy, but he will be toasty warm in between his hat and the collar of his jacket.
