Does anyone have any experience with using the Back flower remedies with a baby? It seems like they do not have to ingest it (put it on their pulse points), but I want to know if it works for calming a fussy baby.

I've used Rescue Remedy lots on my baby. He was really colicky the first few months and once I dropped a few drops in his mouth while he was screaming and it just made him scream harder!
Someone here recommended putting a few drops on my hands and holding the baby. So now that's what I do, or rub it onto his hands, feet and/or head. Honestly, I haven't noticed a huge dramatic difference in using it but I still do. The one time it really helped was our first accident where DS fell out of my arms while trying to put him into a jumper and hit his head. He was not seriously injured but screaming and shocked, and so was I. We both took a load of Rescue Remedy and it immediately helped calm us down and feel more space for the situation. I have carried it around in my bag for years now because you never know when you'll need it. But IME it's better for really shocking and deeply upsetting experiences. not as much for general fussiness.
ETA: I do have other flower remedies but have yet to experiment using them with DS. This post reminds me I should try. I wonder which one might help with fussiness? I guess it depends on what causes it. But what I said above is only about Rescue Remedy. There are hundreds of other remedies though. I'd be curious if others have had success and with which ones.
