Crumble topping?

Thread Starter
I want to make an apple cobbler for thanksgiving but, I don't want to use grain or processed sugar in the crumble topping. All the recipes ive found have flour, oats and brown sugar.

Has anyone made a grain free crumble topping? Maybe something with almond meal and coconut flour?

My grain free granola recipe:
1 cup arrow root or other starch like tapioca/potato
2 cup macaroon/shredded coconut un sweetened
1/2 cup rapadura
1tsp. cinn
1tsp. salt
mix together-can add chopped nuts or seeds if desired
then cut in 1/2 cup butter or coconut oil (like you are making a pie crust)
then while stirring add 2 tbs molasses
and 2 tbs boiling water
bake at a low temp until crisp
may need to stir around while baking
If making granola can add dried fruit/carob/gd. flax/ chocolate after baking
enjoy!
