Do you put dimethylpolysiloxane, an anti-foaming agent made of silicone, in your chicken dishes?

How about tertiary butylhydroquinone (TBHQ), a chemical preservative so deadly that just five grams can kill you?

These are just two of the ingredients in a McDonalds Chicken McNugget. Only 50 percent of a McNugget is actually chicken. The other 50 percent includes corn derivatives, sugars, leavening agents and completely synthetic ingredients.

I don't know if you watched Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution, but there was a bit where he demonstrated to kids how they made nuggets. He took a chicken and cut off the choice cuts, and put the rest of the carcass, bones and all, into a food processor. He added certain food items to make the goop less goopy, then he breaded and pan fried it. He expected the kids to say "eww gross, I don't want that!" but they all said they would eat something like that. I thought at the time that his version of nuggets, even trying to be gross with them, was highly preferable over the actual nuggets. There was nothing fake or toxic in them at all. It's crazy, literally crazy, the crap they're allowed to put in food.

That's the chemicals and additivies they put in it They put them in there to excite the taste buds! Addictive!
