My local organic store had a customer appreciation day this weekend and they gave away hemp milk with every purchase. So now I have a litre of this and I don't know what to do with it! I'm not vegetarian or vegan so this is my first experience with a milk alternative. Can I just substitute it into recipes like milk? It is sweetened with cane juice and has vanilla in it. Any ideas?
