Fenugreek - how much did you take?

For those of you who took fenugreek capsules and it helped,I want to know :
1. exactly how many capsules of how much dose did you take?
2. How long did you take before you saw any increase? Did you notice the maple syrup smell - is it easy to smell or one has to be really paying close attention ?
3. How much was the incrase(if you pumped)?
4. How many of you did not see any change at all in supply?


I am soooo hoping fenugreek helps me...I am running short by 6-8 oz every day.

I am soooo hoping fenugreek helps me...I am running short by 6-8 oz every day.

My LC said 3 pills 3 x per day, of the 610 mg ones. I don't notice a smell, and I don't pump, so can't say for sure how much it may have helped.
