BBT thermometer--help?

I don't have clue what I did to cause this, but my thermometer has decided it only reads in celsius now. I didn't think it even had a celsius option! And of course, I have no instructions...but there's only one button and it just doesn't seem to do *anything* that could change modes.
This is the purple CVS one, made by Bestmed. Anyone have this thermometer, or even better, its manual? Or just know what I did to get this to happen?
It's not exactly the end of the world...I can do the conversion, or I can just replace the darn thing for a few bucks, but I'm both stubborn and curious....and hoping to not change thermometers mid-cycle, too.

I can't remember if mine is from CVS or Walgreens, but when it first comes on I can press the on/off button again to change it from F to C and back to F again.  Good luck!

For mine (not a CVS but only has 1 button) you hold the button down instead of just pressing to turn it on and it turns on and then I see it change from F to C or vice versa. Let go when you see it change to the one you want? Maybe yours is the same?

I have no clue what did the trick, but when I turned it on yesterday morning it had somehow changed back to F again. I am assuming there is some combination of button pressing that did the trick, but none of the ones I tried on purpose had any effect. It's almost like magic!
