Does this mean baby is OP?

If I can see elbows/feet/arms/legs moving across my belly, does this mean my baby is OP?? I pray not, both of my boys were OP and the births were hell.

the spinning babies website has directions for how to "map" the baby's position (and suggestions for getting him/her to turn if needed).

I think they can be OP at any time, mine wasn't OP until the OB broke my water. I had an ultrasound a few weeks earlier that said she was fine. You can try chiro adjustments to get them to move before you give birth.

It could mean that, but you still have a long way to go and baby will move a lot during that time. Like another post said- they can move even the day of and during birth. I had an OP baby so I know your fears of a repeat, but I wouldn't stress about it. Do check out Spinning Babies though- it has a lot of information smile.gif

I'm pretty sure mine was OP until just recently.  He might have rolled right before I hit 36 weeks.  Of course he may not stay like that but there are plenty of babies who roll very late or even during the birth process!
