I am suspicious of any type of business advice things sold over the internet. 99% of the time it is junk.

I worked with existing and start-up businesses during my banking career (I was an analyst) and by far, the absolute best thing anyone who is considering starting (or buying) a business can do is go get a job working somewhere like your business idea.  Part of my job was doing loan-workout - liquidating assets and collecting business loans gone bad.  I have talked to (too) many business owners whose businesses failed.

Go get a job at the type of bakery you would like to start.  See what that owner is doing right and wrong, take notes on what sells and what gets tossed at the end of the day, are there too many or not enough employees, etc.

Do you have a Small Business Development Center near you?  If so, that is a great place to get free advice.
