We have know that DS (30 months) has been allergic to cow's milk since he was 9 months old, we eliminated it from my diet and his and everyone seemed to be in the clear. Recently though, I suspect that there are other allergies that we don't know about. He has been getting rashes around his mouth and sometimes on his tummy and has had a little bit of runny stools. I tried cutting out a couple of obvious food culprits, but still feel somethings missing. It feels to overwhelming to do a total elimination diet with him at the moment and would like to get him tested again (we initially did the skin prick and blood tests) but I refuse to put him through that again until he is much older. Can anyone recommend a reliable, yet gentle, alternative way to test for allergies?
TIA
