Gelatin vs Vegetarian Capsules?

 Does anyone know of the benefits of Gelatin vs Vegetarian capsules?

 

I am wanting to make my own supplements but was not sure which type of empty capsule I should buy.

 I believe that gelatin capsules dissolve more quickly so I am using them.
