How to deal with supply dip at ovulation?

Thread Starter

I think i'm noticing a pattern of my supply dipping quite a bit at ovulation.  I read online that this happens to some women and to supplement with calcium at that time, so I started doing that.

Does anyone else deal with this?  What do you do?

I've also tried pumping whenever he goes down for a nap.

I'm starting to worry because I have no back up left in the freezer.

I moved this out to the main forum since it's a more common issue.

You should take a calcium / magnesium supplement --- 1500 mg Cal / 750 mg Mag is the most effective.  More info here:

The supplement should be 1500 calcium/750 magnesium but can be as low as 500 calcium/250 magnesium (the higher the dosage the more effective and quicker the results). It should be a combination pill. This much calcium should never be taken alone.
