Since there didn't seem to be on yet, I thought I'd start it.

I weighed in yesterday at my meeting and I lost 2.4 lbs. That felt really good after having a week where I didn't lose the week before. I wonder if my body is switching over to alternating losing lots and maintaining, rather than steady weekly weightloss. I'm considering trying to get more exercise too. So far I just take daily walks with the kids, but I'm thinking I should try to do some intervals or even running (I've never been a runner, but am thinking about trying couch to 5k). Finding time is hard. I do have a double jogging stroller, but it would be hard to convince my dd to go out for a second time in a day. Especially since running would require that I actually buckle her in. Maybe I need to try to go out in the evening after the kids go to sleep. Of course it is so dark then, but if I stay on the sidewalks in the neighborhood it would probably be safe. I'd really like to get a new membership to the Y, but around here its like 60 dollars a month which is pretty expensive.
