Natural remedy for pinworms

Is there a natural way to get rid of pinworms?  TIA!

that can depend on what you're willing to do!  Yes, there are herbal, homeopathic and dietary options.  I'd always recommend looking at diet regardless of other modalities or medications you throw into the mix.

  Homeopathy has a good reputation for managing pinworms as do cell salts-specifically nat phos.  Using that along with a well indicated remedy (cina and silica are biggies but certainly not the only ones) generally producing good results.  There are herbs that can be excellent as well but dosage and specifics depend on the age of the person affected.

I would also cut out grains and refined sugars for a bit while you work at clearing things out.  Best of luck.
