Blood in 7yo's stool?

Yesterday, DD screamed for me to come to the bathroom.  She said she had a "bunch of blood" when she wiped.  Of course, she dropped the toilet tissue in the toilet before I could see it but, and I know this is TMI but, I could tell there was blood so I covered my hand and dug around.  Here poop was small, formed balls and it looked like there was some blood mixed into the stool.  When I went to wipe her, there was no blood.

So, I told her when she had a bowel movement today, she needed to tell me so I could check.

So, she just had a bowel movement.  Again, ball shaped poop, some larger than others and she seemed to strain - not a ton but some - to get them to pass.  I checked each ball as it passed and there wasn't any blood but, she said she felt like she might have more so she asked me to sit on the floor by the toilet while we waited.  So, I'm sitting there and we're talking and I notice something dripping out her anus.  So, I check and it's blood.  Not a ton - but enough that the toilet paper had a pretty good amount on it.  But, after that one swipe, all the blood was gone.

I took a wet wipe and cleaned all around the area gently, and no more blood.  The only blood was the blood that dripped out right after her bowel movement.

So, would this warrant a weekend call to your Dr. or would you up her fiber (or something else???) to try to get more formed, easier to pass stools and call on Monday if it continues to happen?

She has no other symptoms - no upset tummy, she's not constipated, she goes every day, she's otherwise completely healthy.

It sounds like it could be an anal fissure.

That's what I thought too and I actually have some topical medication from one I had earlier this summer that I considered using.  It completely cured it in 2 weeks.  But, if it's not that....sigh....I'm just not sure what to do.
