I click to reply to a post and enter my text, and when I hit send, this happens:

What version of IE is that and what OS are you using?

Sometimes more information is needed so an issue can be replicated. :)

It's IE8 and I'm running Windows Vista Home Premium w/ Service pack 1 (if that helps any)

I am using Firefox 3 on a Mac and am having weird issues with the reply / posting box too.  I can type in it, unlike the OP, but when I try to delete text or edit the text, the results are very... unpredictable.

Ok, I see now that I am dealing with a "known issue" with the cursor in firefox.  Good luck OP with your blank box issue!

I've been trying to post a question about the disappearing cursor in Firefox (3.0.10) on my Mac (10.5.7) and can't even get a message typed. Somehow I manage fine when I quote someone? Ugh. So if this is a known issue, what can we do about it? I'm I going to be forced to use Safari? I haven't tried it on there yet, but I really don't want to have to use a whole different browser just for MDC.

Amy, I responded to your other thread, but changing your default editor to BB Code should offer you some relief. I'm using it now, and it's cut down on my reply box issues significantly. I apologize for the inconvenience.
