B6 for low progesterone?

I found out I had low progesterone and was started on prometrium vaginally after ovulation.  I've heard that B6 can also be effective in increasing progesterone levels too and just helping with overall fertility.  Should I try B6 too, even if I'm already doing progesterone? If so, how much (I'm breastfeeding oncea  day if that matters)?  I've heard that it should be taken with other B vitamins in a B complex?  Any particular combinations or just any B complex?  Thanks!

I'm not really sure, but my folic acid is mixed with B6 and B12.

You could try adding a B complex (maybe with something like 50mg of B6 and 25mcg of B12) once a day and see if it changes your cycle. Good luck!

I decided to go ahead and get the b complex (with 50 mg of b6).  Anyone know if it makes you ovulate earlier? I tend to ovulate anywhere from day 16 to day 21 of my cycle and have 5-9 days of CM. I'm on day 9 of my cycle and have an abundant amount of ewcm and have for the last 2 days.  At this rate, I'd ovulate between day 12 or 16, which would be early for me (unless it wasn't until day 16).  But it is just a lot of ewcm for so early in the cycle for me. Not sure if the B complex (or the prometrium from last cycle) would either bring about ovulation earlier or cause better, more abundant CM (I do usually have a decent amount though, just not this much this early).  Thanks!
