just to update, I really don't know what it is and my only guess is it's caused by mild illness or something, but I tried giving up everything (wheat, dairy, eggs, soy) and she seemed great for a while, but was horrible while out of town then, but then recently she has been doing really really well and this is in the face of me eating everything and being out at verious strange relative's houses for the holidays, so who knows.
