Any chart stalkers or experts mind taking a look at my chart?  FF gave me cross hairs, but I don't know when or if I O'd.  Rather confused.  Been taking vitex/peony and grapefruit juice this cycle and wondering if this has affected my temps.  I'm not typically a slow riser (see previous cycle on FF) although have seen this a couple of times, don't think I've seen a fallback temp before.  FF puts O at CD26, other sxs pointed to CD23 or 24.  I typically get a 2nd level of temps in my LP around 7dpo.

 

I started spotting after BDing CD23, this isn't totally unusual for me, but it turned into AF type flow CD25 with very mild cramping.  Also have continuing O pain (this I usually get in my LP).  I've left it as spotting on my chart so FF didn't start a new cycle because I still thought I O'd in the middle of all this. 

Bleeding/spotting is drying up now, but temp rose a bit more today.  I have never had a temp of 36.5 or .6 in my folli phase before so do believe I've O'd.

 

Could the herbs be causing this weird bleeding?  Can EPO make your cervix prone to bleed after BD? 

Kicking myself I didn't keep up with the OPKs but this was my first time using them so hadn't really got into making time and holding my pee for them!

 

Any opinions much appreciated :)
