My dd is 12.5 wks and for as long as I can remember she wakes up at 4am or 7am with a stuffy nose to the point of being so uncomfortable breathing that she wakes up crying. We use the nasfrida snotsucker with great success but lately her boogers are so deep and dense that I put some drops of saline in her nostrils before we suck and we can get the boogers out. But it's every night and I feel so bad for her to be in such an upset alert state in the middle of the night. I swept the floor, changed the sheets, bought a humidifier, turned on the radiator, am running the air purifier (though I need to change the filter). We do have a down blanket and someone told me last week they think she's allergic to the down? We do have a dog as well but she's fine during the day, only in the middle of the night is she uncomfortably stuffy. I'm going to get a new poly comforter to see if that's the case, wondering if it could be something else? Has anyone else experienced this? I want her to be able to have night time sleep be as calm as possible and I know turning on the light and emptying her sinuses is pretty shocking. She usually goes right back to sleep but I'm ready to try to figure out what's happening...
