I paid for no adds

I paid a supporting membership so i would have no adds and i am getting adds on my pages for really stupid stuff like oscar mayer and cars. how do i make this stop?

Hello!

For someone who has the option to remove ads here is how one does that:

First click on "My Profile" in the purple field at the top of the page

Then you click "Account Details"

In that screen, scroll all the way down to the bottom to "Advertising Preferences" and click "Turn off Advertising" then save.
