I filed for divorce today!

My goodness, it felt good. 

However, he still has to sign his portion (or counter it.. though I don't understand why he would even do it, besides to get back at me.. it's all joint custody and no child support), and we still have to take divorce and parenting classes. 

Also, he is still living in the basement/guest room, and I have no idea who is moving out, or when. I emailed family student housing, and they said that they will likely have housing in January (start of Spring 2011)... so I would have to wait until then to move. Unless he (can I call him Xh yet?) finds a place to move to, then I will stay here. 

Just wanted to update my situation. Crossing my fingers for an amicable divorce!
