Diflucan liquid has intolerable taste for 3 year old - any BTDT tricks?

We're treating a severe yeast balanitis (foreskin infection.)

I tried honey, applesauce, and gelling it.

I've been told to try chocolate pudding, which I will do if there are no other options. 

Treating a yeast infection by hiding the med in sugar is also yucky!

OP here - update - I moved directly to the realm of bribes which we had not yet tried in our family:

a stick of butter just for you?

a little bowl of salt just for you?

ice cream? (I was thinking of the So Delicious coconut stuff)

stickers?

tattoos?

your favorite applesauce in the eco-unfriendly containers?

All of this got a firm NO.

Then I said - If you take five doses, we'll go to the zoo!

And I got him!

He went ballistically happy, we made a rewards chart so he can see the five doses in a visual format, and I upped the happy factor with a sheet of stickers right after swallowing the medicine.

Down it went. 4 to go! Love the bribery thing!

Well, he definitely doesn't want to have all 4 doses at once, and he definitely wants to go to the zoo "right now." But he does understand that we'll go on "Friday" and he knows that before "Friday" is Tues, Wed and Thurs. Each day of the week is associated with the special person or activity on that day, so that's how he knows the flow of the week "Monday is Mimi day, Tuesday is Maggie day, Wednesday is Angie day, Thursday is Angie day with orange juice and this week, Friday is zoo day." And the daily stickers will I think help with the impatience. So far so good, is all I can say!
