I've never posted here, just thought I'd join you. I was pregnant, due in April, and had a missed miscarriage at 11.5 weeks. The heart stopped beating sometime between 9-11 weeks. I had a d&c on oct 5, and just got my first AF and am ready to TTC! I'm on CD 4 right now, hoping to ovulate earlier than I usually do in case it doesn't happen the first cycle. My O day can be anywhere from CD 17 (if I'm really lucky) to CD 35. Usually it's around CD 25. I started drinking red clover/RRL tea, alfalfa tea, and nettle tea to help my hormones and ovulate sooner. Does anyone know anything about ovulating earlier? I've read that some of you are taking soy iso's.. is this to help you ovulate sooner? I've just been wary about soy because of GMO soy.
