Hugely distended bellybutton

Yesterday when I picked up my toddler I could feel his bellybutton poking through three layers of clothing (Onsie, long-sleeve shirt, sweater)!  Freaked out I peeled off his clothes to check him out and found..........................A big 'ol cranberry shoved into his innie.  OY!  He was pretty excited to see that cranberry .

Anyone else have scares like this that turn out to be funny?
