Does my pump suck?

So, I only work 4-5 hours a day 3-4 days a week.  But I can't for the life of me pump enough while i'm gone to keep up with what my little one drinks.  He only needs 4-5 ounces each day, but i can only pump about 2.5.  I've made sure I'm drinking enough water, I take fenugreek caps and drink mother's milk tea.  There is plenty of milk for him when I'm with him all day and just nursing.  In fact, I can always still hand express milk after 20 minutes of pumping.  I'm pretty sure the pump just sucks!  I have the medela freestyle.  Is it worth trying a different pump?  My lo is 6 months...I really don't want to have to use formula while I'm away.

Mama, I almost never got more than 2 oz total from a once-every-3-hr pumping on a  medela pis, which many women use and love. some of us just don't produce  for the pump well. how old is your lo? is s/he eating solids yet? ds mostly did solids at dc (b/c he refused to take a bottle, period) and majorly reverse cycled to make up for it. So if your lo is old enough and content to wait on mama, you can make it w/o expressing "enough."
