How do I find out the most up to date info on my state's vax policy?

Our town hall was recently swamped with kids getting vaxed because of a recent legislation that wouldn't allow them to attend school unless they were up-to-date, but I just don't know how true that is.  I wonder if someone misunderstood something or if our state really did just change something.  Anyone know how to find out?  How soon could something like this actually go into effect?

As far as I know, there are still religious exemptions in all but MS and WV(?). I am not very up to date though (have been gone a while) so hopefully someone else chimes in. I am in AZ and have a religious exemption for DS's daycare. It was no problem.
