i have been cramping for 3 days. yesterday and the day before were creamy, today is ew. i know it is coming. or something is coming. :lol. i do drink RRLT and mother's milk tea. i bf on demand. i have been taking extra B12 for the last month too. i am not going to wean but have been cutting down some.
