Can Maternity Support Belt cause bad positioning of Baby?

so i was wondering as i sit here shopping for something to help hold up my huge twin belly, if wearing a support belt can squish the bottom of your uterus and make a vertex baby flip breach for more room or stop a breach baby from flipping head down in the final weeks?

i currently have baby A head down and have for months now, baby B is currently breach, not that this is a huge issue, but he moves a lot and has been everywhich way and i would like to let him settle in the best place.

I'm currently 30w4d with twins

im looking at getting a maternity belt maybe like Buy Gabrialla Maternity Strong Support Belt, XXLarge, White Online at drugstore.com

or maybe something like this:

You got way farther than I did with my twins before buying a belt.  I bought one from Babies R Us at 21 weeks, similar to the second one pictured in your post.  I only wear it if I'm going to be on my feet awhile, because it's uncomfortable sitting down.  The babies do seem to wiggle a lot more while I'm wearing it, but if only worn intermittently like I'm doing, I don't expect it'll cause a vertex to flip breach.  I have heard of belly binding to keep a vertex baby vertex, but only in relation to singletons.
