Should I just compost this frozen zucchini?

Before our zucchini withered away in the heat this summer, I took a few of the over ripe ones and threw them in the crockpot, then bagged and froze.  They have been in the freezer ever since and the just lool like skins, mush and lots of water frozen together.  Could I actually use this for anything, or should I just scrap it and try to store them another way next year?

You can use them in any dish that doesnt require their texture. Depending on what spices you cooked them with, you could puree themmup and use them in zuke bread, quiche, anything that can handle that much liquid.

Zukes do not freeze well for future knowledge. They do better dehydrated or even pickled.

Or use them in making veggie or chicken stock.

For next time, I've had great luck chopping zucchini up and freezing it on a tray so that you have individual chopped pieces.  They then work great in spaghetti sauce or whatever.
