Help - just figured out my calcium supplement has herbs & have been taking the whole pregnancy

I have been taking a calcium supplement for almost my whole PG (I'm 25 weeks) and I just realized today that it has watercress, parsley, and dandelion root in it.  Is it safe?  I am freaking out a little.  I didn't know that it had them in there. There is parsley in my prenatal, but I know nothing about dandelion root and watercress.

I don't think any of those are dangerous, in moderate amounts.

Dandelion root is often suggested during pregnancy when women exhibit signs of liver stress.  I'm sure the small amount in a vitamin formula is much less than the dose given for therapeutic value.  Watercress, I've never heard one way or the other about.

Watercress is a green leafy veggie sold in supermarket produce sections.  If it were dangerous during pregnancy, I am sure we would have heard more about it.
