Regarding soaking brown rice, how long should you soak it for?
Should it be in room temperature water, hot or warm water?
What are the health benefits of doing this?
How do you normally prepare brown rice?

I just tried soaking it for a couple of hours & I ended up with more rice, and it seemed tastier,
not sure if its just a placebo effect. I liked the fact that there was more rice to go around LOL! :) Â
