I am new to all of this, but since I am trying to be as healthy as possible, I would like

to start on the right path.

 

How long do you soak beans for, the best possible benefit ?

In what temperature water, hot, cold, does it matter?

 

How long do you soak beans when you want to sprout them?

Can you eat these sprouts?

What are the health benefits?

 

I read somewhere, that if you do it incorrectly it could get you sick, is that true? (eating home made sprouts)
