Any advice about grain grinders/mills?

I'd like to grind my own grains and would love to hear advice about how to choose one...what to look for...and any recommendations about where to buy one that won't cost an arm and a leg. :-)

How much are you looking to spend?  I have a Nutrimill that I love and use all the time.  I bought mine used off another poster here at MDC a few years ago, but I think new, they retail for about $300.
