DS gets really fussy when I have too much dairy, so I limit what I have. Yesterday we had mac N cheese for lunch, which I didn't think twice about, unfortunately. Then I also had cheddar w/dinner. DS had a wakeful fussy night. Now, to make it worse, I mistook DP's coffee for mine this morning. So instead of a half decaf w/rice milk I had full cafe w/whole or 2% (not sure which or if it even matters). Should I feed from the freezer (have plenty) and pump n dump today?

I imagine by now you've already made a decision...
With my first Son I could not eat ANY dairy or he'd be sick for a couple days. I'm not sure how severe it is for your little one, but when I had that issue with my Son I had to pump & dump any milk that had dairy in it.
Hope things worked out.
