I signed the Parenting Plan and Dissolution of Marriage a couple of weeks ago. We finally got the numbers for insurance costs for next year and got the child support calculated so we sent the papers to STBX's attorney last week. I talked to him about it briefly today, and he says he's done fighting and will make an appointment to go see his attorney and sign them! Then it goes to the court to have a court date set for the judge to sign off on everything. It should be final at the first of next year and I'm free!
