Ticketed: Glitchy load times

Hi IDK if this has been addressed I am using Vista and the latest version of Firefox on an Acer laptop, have cleared my cache and I am still having such severe issues with loading most pages.  Since the change I have pretty much stopped coming here and used to be on here multiple times a day.  I really hope that these issues are being addressed.  Load times are super slow and this site is just not working.

Hi, yes, we are working hard to get our speed up to optimal levels. I'm very sorry for the delays, and I appreciate your sticking with us while we work out the glitches. Here is a bit more explanation, too.
