DS usually has cold feet and hands all winter long and I suspect that he may have a mild case of Reynaud's, but today had me a bit worried and I am not sure how to help him.  The temps here this morning were around 30-32ish and he was playing outside with somewhat thick cotton socks and leather shoes. His feet were dry, and there was no water around where he was playing. After no longer than 10 minutes, I got him into the car to go out and he started crying and clawing at his feet saying that they hurt. I took his shoes and socks off and his feet were RED, RED, RED and felt like ice cubes. He had literally been playing for no longer than 10 minutes and had been RUNNING the entire time. I went back inside and grabbed a warmer pair of socks to put on him, but I am concerned about just how fast his poor feet get cold. This can't be normal, can it? How can I help him? It will get to below zero here soon and stay super cold for a few months. He has also been complaining that the cold hurts his face too lately, and it hasn't even snowed yet. Yikes!Â

Any suggestions??
