hurting... not sure if i should be worried or not

i'm somewhere around 25 weeks. and I have been very uncomforatalbe the last few days. almost BH like It is quite uncomfortable to sit for any length or time and with the SPD and a vericose vein i can't stand or walk really all that much. 

I have been having  as well discomforts when i yawn or stretch my belly area.. i leaned backwards yesterday to reach something be haind me. it feels like facial tearing and stretching, but  it hurts.. there is no bruising no bleeding and the baby still has lots of movement. has anyone had something like this...

this is my third baby and last time they told me that i have an irratable uterus so the BH is not surprising to me at all i have been having them for weeks already, they are just getting worse

Just what I (due mid-Jan) have been having for weeks and weeks now: lots of BHs, triggered by you name it (getting up, getting out of bed, turning over, stretching, needing to pee).  Have been to the hospital several times to have it checked out - all is well, it's just part of this (1st) pregnancy for me.  Only things that help are: taking lots of rest, lying down a lot, preferably semi-reclined or on left side, drinking and peeing a lot.  Have also been told it's most likely irritable uterus and rest / taking it easy is the only remedy (insofar as there is one).  Good luck and take it easy :-)

Forgot to add: BHs are painful and also on the whole belly and pelvic area don't feel great.

Sorry you are uncomfortable. Are you doing anything for the SPD pain?

They can be - at least mine are (I didn't mean to say all BH's are necessarily painful).
