My hair is falling out - again

OK, I shed hair for about 9 months after my daughter was born, but eventually it seemed to stop.  My daughter is almost two now, and it seems like it has started again.  The bathtub gets clogged, the vacume gets clogged, my brush is gross.  I used to have very thick hair, now not so much.  What would be causing this now?  I eat much better than I used to, but I still have some room for improvement, so I wonder if it could be some sort of deficiency, but I don't know.  I am also not really taking vitamins, and I am still nursing my daughter.  Any thoughts/ideas would be appreciated.  Thanks you.

As mentioned, low iron can cause hair loss.

Other things to consider:

Hormone imabalance

hypothyroid

adrenal insufficiency

Have you considered using nourishing daily infusions for extra nutrition? Like nett maybe?
