Song/verse ideas for getting dressed and diaper changes?

Recently I've been adding songs and verses into our home routine for things like washing hands, cleaning up toys, etc.  I can totally see my daughter respond to it and it seems to help avoid some of the toddler rebellion that is starting to show up.  She's 13 months, and is starting to resist sometimes when she would rather, say, continue playing instead of go take a bath...and so on.  But when she hears the song, it's like something magically clicks and she understands what's happening and she looks forward to the activity that is beginning. 

Anyway, would love some song ideas for the following transitions:

Time for diaper change.

Time to take bath

Time to go outside.

Time to go inside.

Time to go play in a different room/spot. (If you've got ideas on this!)

Also..bedtime routine songs would be great too. We've got one but would love to hear others.

One of my favorite diaper change verses is from Catch Me and Kiss Me and Say It Again-- it's OOP but is full of great rhymes for everyday routines. Anyway, the one I like goes

Colly olly bumpkin, merry go bet,

Fell in the fishpond and got all wet.

A nickel for a nappy and a penny for a pin

To wrap my little colly olly bumpkin in!

Don't know if this is useful at all, but I just ordered this CD: http://www.amazon.com/Singing-Day-Festival-Candy-Verney/dp/1903458250/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1290462166&sr=8-1  The Singing Day. It has songs for all the routines and transitions in the day. I haven't received it yet so can't say how it is, but I look forward to trying the songs in it for our daily routines.
