Implantation Spotting Question

I was wondering if you had implantation spotting for one pregnancy if that increases your chances for it in future pregnancies?  Or is it just a random symptom that may or may not happen?

I had it 8-11 DPO with my daughter so I'm just wondering.

Some women have it, others do not.I've never heard of it being more likely in a pregnancy if it happened before. My first child I didn't have any implantation bleeding, my 2nd I did.

I had it around 10-11dpo in my first pg but none in my second.

I've had it for both pregnancies, exactly the same timeframe (10 dpo) and type (bright blood, just once).

I always have implantation spotting (I've been pregnant more times than I care to think about). To me, it's just as reliable as peeing on a stick.

Awesome! I just came on here to post the same exact question!  I had spotting 10 dpo and 11 dpo w/DD. I'm 9 dpo and nothing so far. I was wondering too if a lack of spotting meant anything. I guess every preg. is different. Or at least I am telling myself that for now. LOL.

Sounds like it's really varied!

Well, the spotting has started today (9 DPO) and I feel exhausted and achy and like AF is showing up at any minute.  I'm guessing she's coming since our last cycle it was the same.  I'm trying not to be hopeful just because my pregnancy with DD has implantation spotting.

I have to admit, if AF is coming she better be here by Thanksgiving so I can enjoy some wine!

Spotting started for me today too. I'm 8dpo. My last LP was 4 days so I'm not hopeful this is IB/IS. I did not have spotting for either of my pregnancies.

Thought I'd update. Got a super duper faint, not sure if it was an evap, BFP at 11 dpo. Had spotting that day. Got BFP on Turkey day, 12 dpo. Today is 13 dpo, having a little more spotting. So yep, had it last time and I'm having it again. I had a temp dip from 98.2 to 97.8 on 11 dpo this time and then back up to 98.0 the next day. Had the exact same pattern on 10 dpo last time.

Any news from you yet???

AF reared her ugly head the same day as the spotting.  So spotting is definitely not a definite pregnancy sign for me!
