I have an ongoing issue with my left ear. Every 4-5 years I get a horrible build up of wax that causes what feels like an ear infection (and sometimes turns into one). This has been going on for 15 years or so. Normally I end up at the doctor having my ear flushed out. I don't know why it happens to just that one ear, maybe it's shaped funny?

So now I find myself having the issue but we are self-employed with awful insurance so going in isn't really an option. Any ideas on how I can get my ear cleaned out at home?
