I'm 19w3d with twins. I've been contracting all day. At first, they were irregular and I thought bc I was on my feet all day. I took a bath, super hydrated and tried to go to bed (3am here). They're painful, regular and keeping me awake. Every 10mins or so, so ~6/hour. Not changing w/ position change, rest, fluid.

I have no reason to believe I have any pt labor risks other than twins. I've had two term pgs. I know 6/hour is standard call-in drill later on... but, what about this far pre-viable? Am I correct that there are no interventions this early anyway?
Â
I guess I'm just trying to decide whether to call now or wait out the night. I happen to already have an appt tomorrow, tho it is late-afternoon. The last thing I want to do right now is wake DH so I can go to the hospital, not to mention the likelihood of him being late to work tomorrow if I sign myself up for a hospital check at 4am, yk?
OTOH, if there's something a HCP could 'do' that I couldn't, I want to take this seriously....
