My 4yo woke up this morning complaining about his tummy and throat and has since thrown up 5 times. No food, just mucousy yuck. He has no fever but says he has a sore throat and is going through a pretty predictable cycle of feeling really nauseous, throwing up and then feeling better, repeat. He's been complaining about his tummy since the drive down to my parents Monday night but he normally gets carsick so I thought it might have been that.

What can I give him to help him feel better? My mom is going to stop at the store to get some fresh ginger so I can make some ginger tea for him. Any other suggestions? There is a very small heath food store here that I hope has homeopathic remedies but I don't know which one to give.  Â
