"My Profile" links to the "Join" page, and where are the paid subscriber options now?

The big "My Profile" link up at the top of the pages goes to the "Join MDC" page instead of to my profile.  I noticed that while I was looking around trying to find the answer to my other question. 

Back on the old format, the paid subscriptions (like to the WAHM area or the signature advertising package) were in Group Memberships in the User CP and the features and costs were listed there.  But now, I can't find those options anywhere.  I want to possibly start advertising here but don't know how.
