Catalyst Water?

Anyone know anything about Catalyst Water?  When I was younger, my grandma had hairspray bottles filled with something called "catalyst water".  She told me that it was for burns- whenever she'd burn her finger on the stove she'd put catalyst water on it.  My mother always had a bottle of catalyst water around for burns (I'm sure my grandmother gave it to her, lol).  Once, I was cooking, and I spilled a little hot oil on my foot.  My mom told me to get the catalyst water.

I've tried googling and all I can pull up are articles about it written in a very scientific way- I'm looking for a straightforward answer.. what is catalyst water?  anyone know?

a quick googling lead me here:

i have never heard of this stuff. does it have any effect on burns?

I'd assume it's willard water.  I think that's been around for about 50 or so years...but don't quote me.

I believe it's water and the catalysts are a few inorganic minerals plus castor oil...there's other stuff too but I can't recall.  It's used for all kinds of things and there are some people with crazy experiences that swear by it.

Ah, thanks :)  I'm assuming it's a scam as I've read that no one has ever been able to replicate what Willard said he did to the water.
