That's actually a good idea for couples who can't agree on what to do, regarding circumcision.  If your husband wants something, such as a TV, or maybe a new vehicle, allow him to get it...if the son stays intact.

I'm not saying it'll work with EVERY couple, but it IS a good idea though.

Wow, bribing the father so the son stays intact. I'm not sure I like this. I'm really thankful my hubby was more sensible than that.

Slightly different but - my mother was a urology nurse. One common procedure in the office was vasectomies. Apparently it's quite common for men to be bribed into their vasectomies with gadgets like TVs or Wiis and such, they would talk excitedly about what they would be getting from their wives while they were getting snipped.
